1. Health strategy call
(60 minutes)
We start with a one-on-one deep dive into your health history, symptoms, and goals. Your body and lifestyle are unique. This call is where I get to understand you. We’ll uncover what’s really going on and what’s been holding you back, so we can make a plan that actually works.

2. Food & lifestyle diary
Ever wonder why you’re doing "all the things" and still not seeing results? Tracking your real day-to-day habits (without judgment!) lets us see what’s working and what’s not, so we can finally connect the dots and stop the guesswork.

3. Custom meal plans
(1 per month)
Forget the “eat this, not that” overwhelm. Each month, you’ll get curated meal suggestions (7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 dinners, 14 snacks) tailored to your needs, with Instacart integration to save you time and make life easier.

4. Weekly coaching & messaging support
Every week, we’ll hop on a 30-minute Zoom to review what’s working and where to pivot. Got questions in between? Message me anytime through Practice Better and get a response within 1–2 business days.
